NATWEST – NEW INTERNET BANKING SERVICE

 

Report by the Finance/Admin. Officer

A. Purpose of Report

To obtain Members’ authority for signatories to NatWest mandate form.

B. Recommendation

1. That the Chairman, Chief Executive and Finance/Admin. Officer be authorised to sign the Bank’s Electronic Services Registration Mandate.

1. Report

1.1 For the last few years most of the payments made by the Committee have used the BACS system, by way of a telephone link with NatWest Bank..

1.2 The Bank is now winding down this system and replacing it with an Internet-driven process.

1.3 A copy of the new Mandate required by the Bank is attached (Annex A).
