PROPOSED DATES FOR MEETINGS IN 2010

A. Purpose of Report
To propose dates for meetings of the Joint Committee and dates for additional technical and byelaw meetings if required
B. Recommendation
That the dates proposed be agreed and noted.
1. Joint Committee
1.1 Dates proposed are:
12th March 2010
11th June 2010
17th September 2010
10th December 2019
2. Technical and Byelaw meetings
2.1 As resolved in December 2006, these meetings will be called as required and have delegated powers to make recommendations for ratification at the next Joint Committee. If members consider a meeting is required for any reason they should make requests through the Chair, Vice-Chairs or CEO.
2.2 Dates proposed for Technical and Byelaws meetings for 2010 are
